List of wiki edit providing evidence
Even in edit warring (such as above example), there no evidence of violent activities. Just edit skirmishes.
This is obnoxious page vandalism, but not a sign of violent activities. Also, page vandalism came from those “against,” as well as those “for” the movement (Alejo, here, is against the movement).
Short Answer:
This Wiki edit data does not provide any evidence of violent activities by Paraiso supporters. To reach this conclusion, we ran keyword searches in the Wiki edits, looking for hints of violent activities. Keywords:
None of these yielded indications of violent activities.
Figure 1. Keyword search for “attack”
Using our dimensions of major players (Wiki-1 detailed answer), we manually looked at edits and comments provided by the players we ranked as +1 or +2 as “belligerent” and +1 or +2 as “for” the movement. No one showed indications of violent activities. Edit skirmishes, page vandalism, yes. Violent activities, no.
Finally, we manually re-scanned all edit-comments, again finding nothing notable in the Wiki edit data alone.
Our one caveat is, had we outside context, we would like to explore the “Miami lectures” referenced by Amado (edit-comment, 9/28/06), to see if these related to violent activities.
