Shares Rise on Fed's Decision

Traders said the market should rebound as foreign funds, which had been held back to await the Fed's decision on U.S. interest rates, start flowing back into equities. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index of 41 selected issues rose 2.05 to 3092.74 following a 1.98-point decline Tuesday. Volume was heavy at 894 million shares valued at 459 million pesos. Gainers beat decliners 13 to three, with 11 issues unchanged.
