Bomb Makers Apprehended

In Smogtown, two men with enough material to construct several explosive devices were apprehended before the devices were completed. City officials discovered that the suspects claimed their membership with a group called the Psychobrotherhood. It was found that these men escaped from the Vastopolis Center for the Ciminally Insane. Officials did not comment on the information which lead them to the suspects. They also would not comment on information relating to any lack of security at the Center.
