Grid cell number of where the device went off:
66 x 32 (x=66, y=32)
Short Answer:
In order to determine where the bomb was set off, we examined two critical factors: (1) casualty locations and (2) suspect activity prior to detonation. We determined detonation time to be approximately 380, based on the immediate influx of general activity at this timepoint. Since all of the apparent casualties took place in the same area (the lower right-hand region of the floorplan; Figure 1), we focused on suspects in this area. The person with RFID tag 21 leaves this area, then moves back to x=66; y=32.25, holds there—alone—with enough time to plant the bomb, then backtracks and leaves the vicinity. Between 21’s suspicious second excursion to this area, his retreat prior to time 380, and the casualty count in this area, we determined the device was set off at x=66, y=32.
